Libertalia is a great value. The location was spectacular, and we had a clean, comfortable bungalow right on the beach with gorgeous sunset views. The hotel grounds are like a well-kept garden, and even though it was the first week of October we saw whales swimming just a few hundred feet from the hotel on several occasions. The staff and friendly, courteous, and professional. The food was excellent, with a slightly different menu each day so you don't get bored. Our kids loved the infinity pool. Libertalia also has a cool bridge leading to a tiny private island you can explore, which is part of the hotel grounds.

Absolutely fantastic place. We mostly loved the sweet dogs around the property. The rooms were lovely. Food was delicious. Everything was perfect. I highly suggest their whale watching trip.

I got there by boat and it turned out that the place is under renovation. Nevertheless the great staff arranged a place for me to sleep and guided me about the surroundings. I am a vegan and do not eat gluten and they specially prepared suitable food for me. Definitely a place to return to. There is a professional masseuse recommended.
