Loved the location and view from my room. The staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. Loved the fire pit at night. It was a nice opportunity to chat with other guests.

Breakfast met our expectations at 3-star rate. We were mostly rate because of the early closure at 10:00 hours on a holiday or Sunday!
The room was wonderful: clean, comfortable and spacious. the bathroom was well maintained.
Dinner went well.
Lunch was the downside of things as my wife got acute poisoning and suffered severe diarrhea. I almost had to drive her to hospital. Whatever it was, it was picked up in the hotel because we never ventured to eat out at all.

The staff was amazing. Darius was an amazing host. He arranged everything for our trip to Chobe national park in Bostwana and our day trip to Zimbabwe as well as our visit to Mukuni Village. All staff was so helpful since beginning of our stay. We felt like we were among family. The location was also so nice, we were close to town and at the same time we were in the middle of the nature.

Friendly and safe town. Easy to get around. Avoid being ripped off by taxi drivers. The falls are a sight to behold, it was majestic. Zambesi cruise is a to do activity, have dinner in one of the restaurants afterwards. Instead of buying at the town market, take a trip to Mukuni village for affordable souvenirs to take home.

Lovely quaint little town, friendly people and clean.
Lovely quaint little town, friendly people and clean. Mosquitoes weren't too much of an issue. We walked the whole length of the town in one day, enjoying the sights and sounds. Very USD focused though, so plan accordingly.

We booked a tour to Livingstone Island and Devil's Pool through LIFE ON THE EDGE. It was an awesome experience. Highlight of our trip. We paid $120 USD per person. Other tours charge more on viator and get your guide, but this is the only company that runs these tours so do not overpay by going through a middle man. Book directly. We felt safe the entire time. Well worth the money!

Getting around Livingstone was convenient as one can walk around the town or easily catch a taxi at an affordable price. There are many different cuisine options, be sure to try the local foods which were quite tasty. The Zambezi river cruise was my personal favorite activity.

Know the best time to visit the Falls as they are not the same year round. I went in October and the Zimbabwe side of Mosi-oa-Tunya was abundant whereas the Zambian side was dry. The best time to go to Livingstone for the falls is in March or April.
Activities are on the pricier side and may not appeal to regional travellers.
You can take a taxi to Chobe, it's 45 minutes away from Livingstone, so you can combine a safari with a Livingstone stay.
The location cannot be beat! We didn't even realize that the falls are essentially in the back yard of the property and that the hotel cost includes unlimited access in/out of the park. There were animals roaming around - monkeys, zebra, giraffe (!) - and we could just walk among them. With this hotel there is also access to the restaurants and amenities at the Royal Livingstone just next door. Honestly I wish we could have stayed for a week.
The hotel is fairly new with all modern amenities. It is clean and the staff are wonderful. It is located close to the falls.
The swimming pool is a salt water swimming pool which is lovely and maybe heated, well at least while I was there the water was at decent warm temperature. The pool and some of the rooms overlook the Zambezi river.
All in all enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort.
I fully enjoyed my stay at Ngoma Zanga Lodge. From the first step into the lobby, I knew I picked the right place. We were welcomed by Kennedy who we later looked forward to seeing every time we returned. The staff at Ngoma Zanga made us feel like we were at home away from home. Breakfast was delicious and our room was perfect. I will stay here any time I visit Livingstone.
The whole place was beautifully decorated with cultural pieces. The room was very comfortable as well and there was a beautiful area at the back we could relax by the pool. Rita and Kennedy were amazing at helping with anything we needed from calling taxis, showing how to use the mosquito net to teaching us a Zambian board game!
I loved the staff. They all were very attentive and friendly. We were able to book a Sunset Cruise. A very good value with traditional music mixed with dancing music. We were picked up at the Guesthouse and drop off afterwards.
We also went to see Victoria Falls!!! What an absolute GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
The breakfast was superb, location was easy to reach the hotel, the staff is so loving respectful and easy to communicate their hospitality is excellent, Dwayne, Allan, Tasila and mwecha i love and miss them already they made us feel at home keep up the good work and the food was nice.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving advice during my stay for all my questions and even coordinating tours. Breakfast was great and personally prepared for me. I enjoyed my time at Okavango Lodge and highly recommend it. The location is close to the center of Livingstone.
Loved the location! There is a cute bar by the pool and the free pancakes are definitely a bonus! A great base while in Livingstone and the staff will happily help with setting up any activity you are interested in. A relaxed vibe and a nice place to meet fellow travelers
Loved the staff, the garden location. Relaxed atmosphere. Attention to care for guests was exemplary. Everything was super clean. A lovely place to stay. If you ask, they'll make you traditional Zambian food. Great breakfast. A daily blackboard menu, reasonably priced.
Nice rooms with everything you would expect. The infinity pool is spectacular and so are the views. However. the true asset is the staff they even helped me in getting a train ticket which is way beyond my expectations. All in an excellent choice in Livingstone.
Loved the restaurant perfect setting right on the river. Food is delicious and affordable. The staff are amazing ! You can book all activities right on the premises. I would definitely recommend staying in Zambia at the Waterfront!
The staff is really friendly and helpful! The locations is great.
The room is quite old, many things are broken or didn't work. The kitchenette doesn't have enough tools.
The best thing of the hotel is the staff!
Very classy hotel in a wonderful location with outdoor dining beside the Zambezi river and a short walk to Victoria Falls. Very helpful staff, and lots of activities that can be booked through the hotel.
Good location and responsive communication. prearranged transport to the hotel was on time and well organized. Enjoyed the deck from the room and that all rooms are water facing.
Room was Comfortable, aircon was wonderful in the Zambian heat. Enjoyed the sleeper couch in the lounge ( its technically a 3/4 bed set up as a couch ).
