Great location away from the tourists/crowds. Really friendly, helpful staff. They upgraded one of our rooms so we could all check in upon arrival at midday. Communicated with us about various activities going on in the hotel. Nice touches in room like bodum kettle with loose herbal tea, powerful high dryer, carafe of water, comfortable bed & pillows, lots of room to hang up clothes, and strong shower. Would definitely recommended.

I didn’t use the kitchen facilities, but there was a microwave, a fridge, a hob, various kitchen utensils which were in excellent condition. There were plenty of sockets around the room. It felt very safe given there was a locked gate and then card access into the building itself. In general, the room afforded a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
