Iuliana is an awesome person. We arrived late because of the trip and she was very attentive. She's a very generous and sociable person. Her cats are lovely and they are very good! The lodging is very comfortable and is situated in a good area with underground station, cafes, supermarket, parks, etc. very near. Our stay was great and we highly recommend her. The hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I believe recently refurbished, the room was spacious and was great for a family of 3 with s sofa bed for the little one. Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly and happy staff, from reception, breakfast team and not to mention the housekeeping team. I would highly recommend the hotel to family, friends and work colleagues especially if you are travelling from or to Heathrow as we were. The leisure club and spa was also great, for me the pool and gym.
