The staff were very friendly engaging in conversation and greeting you whenever they saw you. All the staff were genuinely happy to be there you could tell it was a family run independent hotel not some anonymous chain. The location was superb overlooking the river and also a short walk to the town centre through the church grounds , this was a last minute change of venue , we are VERY glad we found this hotel and we will definitely be going back.

Very happy short stay. Staff very accommodating to my odd work hours including provision of breakfast outside of meal times. Room comfortable and clean. Would book again if required.

Very comfortable house with excellent facilities. Hot tub is a great addition. Excellent location, with local shops and walkable into Bournemouth train station and centre. Was well looked after by owner with excellent communication, and house well cared for.
