The staff were very friendly engaging in conversation and greeting you whenever they saw you. All the staff were genuinely happy to be there you could tell it was a family run independent hotel not some anonymous chain. The location was superb overlooking the river and also a short walk to the town centre through the church grounds , this was a last minute change of venue , we are VERY glad we found this hotel and we will definitely be going back.

All was well, very nice - cosy and comfy place, very close to the ocean. It was quiet at night, I was able to get nice rest. Friendly and caring owner. I would definitely say there again next time I'm visiting.

Very comfortable house with excellent facilities. Hot tub is a great addition. Excellent location, with local shops and walkable into Bournemouth train station and centre. Was well looked after by owner with excellent communication, and house well cared for.
