The staff were very cheerful and extremely helpful. The rooms although not huge were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and Sarah-Jane who worked during breakfast service was great, she couldn't do enough for us and is an asset to the hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night before getting a flight from Manchester Airport. parking added for 2 weeks while we were away and the cost was minimal (and easy) compared to other Airport hotels in the area. Hotel.arranged for us to have a shuttle to and from airport and it couldn't have been easier. Will definitely use this hotel again in future for Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel super easy to find off the motorway.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little apprehensive to book. However, I’m glad I booked this lovely apartment. Everything was spot on. I’m not really one to leave reviews. However, this property really exceeded my expectations and the host was amazing to communicate with. The apartment was immaculately clean and smelled great. It really did have that luxurious feel to it. The complimentary breakfast, snacks and food was a cherry on top. We definitely enjoyed that. The spa was great, so relaxing and soothing. We had the whole spa to ourselves which was great! The bed was super comfortable and the linen was really soft, me and my partner slept very well. The apartment literally has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked bathroom, Free Netflix, Free Food WiFi etc. The apartment was very spacious and the large balcony with city views was great too. We definitely enjoyed that too. The location was great, in the heart of city centre! The host was great to communicate with and super friendly. We honestly really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this apartment.
