Carrubia is special, a haven of peace and tranquillity; it is close both to the historic centre of Nardò and the lively villages and restaurants on the sea. The suites are large, spotless, cool and tasteful, the staff charming and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, for me, it scored a 10 for absolutely everything. MM

The perfect place to stay and one of the best hotels I’ve been. Located in the fully renovated palazzo! Restaurant is excellent. Service of the extremely high quality. Ideal to be a base for visiting the region. SPA zone is amazing. Really the place you do not want to leave!

It feels like the time stops at Masseria Corsano. You are surrounded by highest level comfort, respectful attention, thoughtful detail, and natural beauty. We rented the electric cars available on property to explore Puglia for day trips, soaked in the gorgeous pool and most comfortable sunbeds, enjoyed a daily ritual of caffe leccese and pasticiotto with our breakfast. And by far the best memory - had a private cooking class with the chef, as part of which we picked our own vegetables in the hotel’s garden and then learned to make several types of pasta, with its secret tomatoe sauce. Special thanks to all the staff (shoutout to Rosangela) for making our stay impeccable and helping us with any requests we had.

Everything. The location is excellent with a breathtaking sea in front of it with a private area to enjoy it. The staff is really nice and proactive, the room is spacious, well decorated, the shower is great, the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast is excellent with choices for every taste going from fruits and bakery to salad bar and ice cream. Highly recommended , I would go back for sure!

A resort with the special and typical charme of the Salento what others tendency-wise fade out of their way of guest treatement....... Very nice and large pool area with pool bar makes not missing the sea. Very friendly and supportive staff. Breakfast and dining within the place in its special atmosphere of a combined Olive-garden/Pineta surrounding. Silent, relaxed and comfortable. Up-to-date and state-of-art in all aspects.
