Fabiana and her husband Michele were extremely welcoming and helpful, as were the other staff making great suggestions of places to visit. I would particularly recommend Roberta Zanin, who helped us book a restaurant in Verona after our stay, and personally spoke to the restaurant on our behalf due to our poor Italian.
