Host was very friendly. He made us an espresso when we arrived. He gave us a map of Puglia and highlighted points of interest throughout the region. He also suggested a great place for dinner in town. The A/C in our room was excellent.

This is a really special boutique hotel. The design of the hotel is outstanding, both from the standpoint of function and aesthetically. The staff are outstanding —all very helpful and friendly. This clearly is something that management cares about. Francesco, who is the owner/manager leads the staff and establishes the hotels tenor beautifully by treating every guest with the highest level of respect and by providing the highest level of hospitality that I have seen. The breakfast is excellent, especially the cappuccini! Adoro Le Carasse!!

Outside, a pleasant terrace, swimming pool, a garden shed with a washing machine, and a garden where you could pick pomegranates directly from the tree. The villa is beautiful, inside a gated area, parking in front of the villa. The area is a bit outside the center, so you definitely need a car to access shops, restaurants... The host Giovanna is wonderful, friendly, flexible, caring, responds quickly.
