The room was quite warm as air conditioning wasn’t working yet so they changed our room to a cooler one We dined in the restaurant attached to hotel and it was delicious with some of the best waiting staff I’ve ever experienced. I can only describe this hotel as heaven on earth. Our room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, and was an absolute joy to awaken in the morning and greet the sun from our balcony overlooking the most magnificent view of the lake. The spa area was pristine and we enjoyed a fabulous spa/sauna which was relaxing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and had no hesitation in assisting us with our enquiries.

All of the staff at reception were exceptionally helpful. I was upgraded to a superior room with a balcony with a fabulous view - perfect for watching far off lightning at nite. Best of all - the hotel has a wonderful private park with a very sleek, modern pool. It was icy but perfect for a hot afternoon. I had it all to myself and felt like a contessa!
