Firstly, the property is wonderful. Absolute value for money. It is a superb property and I wish that I could extend my stay. It was amazing and clean. Definitely perfect for a family of 4. The apartment is spacious and really stunning. I loved the cleanliness of the unit and how everything needed was provided. I honestly did not need to get anything from outside the estate. There are excellent facilities available as well, and everything about our stay here was great.

Heidi informed me about how things work at the property days before our arrival. On arrival the security guards were friendly and showed us the property. We enjoyed staying at the property, it was quiet. The house is very clean and modern with all the household appliances. The shops, restaurants and the beach are few minutes away.

I like everything about Villa 86. From the way the host clearly communicated with us before arrived, to our stay until check out. Langa, the host recommended a few things to do in Ballito, which we happily did and we didn't regret anything! The villa is 121% extremely beautiful, very neat and comfortable. There's literally everything we needed in there. Loadshedding was not even a problem because Langa made sure the facility was covered with LED lights for every room. The facility has Wi-Fi, we had netflix and showmax as well as youtube, well done Langa! The village is marvelous, the residents are very friendly and other guests were also very nice. The play area for the kids was a bonus, and the swimming pool 👌. We even went to Bloemfontein with clean laundry as we made use of that washing machine! We are very happy and very much appreciated everything Langa did for us. We will definitely come back to Villa 86 and will absolutely refer our dear friends cause the standard here is top tier! Thank you very much Langa for the beautiful hosting. Also, value for money-stayed 5 nights and 6 days and paid only R4300 for me, hubby and the kid. Ballito is really a great place to be!
