My family of 5 stayed here during spring break and it was everything! It was conveniently located to several family activities and sightseeing locations. The room was nice and spacious (we loved the ceiling shower). Room came with a mini fridge and free do-it-yourself coffee. There was a mini store inside the hotel for late night snacks which was good for the kiddos since everything closes around 7/8 pm. We decided to add the hotel breakfast to our stay which was reasonably priced compared to other hotels; the waffles were great. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone in the local area was so kind to us Americans. Thank you ALL for making our trip one to remember.

The contemporary Quay Hotel and Spa is located on the breathtaking Deganwy Marina, with views over the Conwy Estuary. Loved everything staff were lovely one or two at breakfast came across a bit off when we moved tables but then we should have asked 🤔

What a fantastic find! Hotel room was very comfortable, dinner and breakfast were excellent, but the spa was brilliant, the facilities you would normally only expect from a 5 star resort hotel.

Bodysgallen Hall and Spa is a Grade I listed 17th-century hall set in 200 acres of private estate, with spectacular views of Snowdonia and Conwy Castle and a 3 AA Rosettes award-winning restaurant. Warm and welcoming, fabulous gardens which seemed to go for miles, spa is included with pool, hot tub, steam and sauna. The food is excellent and the service is great. Well situated for exploring North Wales. We had a cottage with its own living room and garden, so plenty of space.

Lion Quays Waterside Resort is set in English countryside, with stunning views of the Llangollen Canal. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a power shower and complimentary toiletries. The facilities are first rate, the spa & leisure centre really good. Location wise it is just beautiful. In the hotel itself the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On the front desk, Grace welcomed us and easily responded to (many!) changes we needed for our family wedding group 18! Sandra managed our room needs brilliantly and even helped carry our things to the car. Given our visit was for a family wedding, we had a couple of late nights, and Darren on reception later on was really kind and happy to chat with us and helped in several ways including replacing a non working key card later on! In the Water Side restaurant the staff there were also so kind and helpful with our large family group, Octavia and (forgotten her name!) the young lady getting married in a month or two (!) were especially kind and helpful. But everyone was there too. l
