The personnel at the counter. And especially Gabriel COTOVANU was really as Angel making sure the guests had everything they needed. This included a breakfast package as the guest had to leave very early before the breakfast room was open but could use breakfast. So Everything worked out well. Yes, it's an expensive accommodation, especially for Moldavia, but they treat the guests like kings and queens. Thank you.

The elegant and hospitable 5-star Pleiada Boutique Hotel is located 5 km from the centre of Iasi, away from any noise and crowds, and featuring an indoor pool, a sauna, a hot tub and various wellness... contacted the hotel reception. they helped us find a car transfer at the airport. the car is chic. the driver is gallant in a beautiful suit. the hotel is in a quiet place. excellent service. You surprised Iasi!

Nice, modern and very clean , also the host very friendly. People park their cars where they can so if you are a littlebit lucky you will find a free spot . The host helped me with a spot and not to disturb the others . Thanks! ( but it is not guaranteed! He does his best) I recommend this place. Close to Palace of Culture , Mall and you have a 24/24 Supermarket ( Penny ) close ( 5 min walking ) .

In a very nice area above Iasi, with a beautiful view . We've been there for a wedding and even we left the event before finish, I didn't hear anything in the room.
