The design of the hotel was just so perfect. Modern, clean, charming... Beautiful balcony view, underground parking. We had a perfect stay. The staff is very pro and lovely despite the lack of english. We were the only tourists not coming from Central Europe during our stay (which is not negative at all). The apartment was also very clean.

The most beautiful atmosphere in the hotel, like a fairytale. It is the best hotel we have ever been! We should stay for 3 nights, but we stayed one night longer. They think of every detail. especially for children :) We had everything possible for our child in the room (little sleepers, cosmetics..) Special thanks to the girls from kids club, they were wonderful. Also greetings for waitress Anita, very nice and willing to help :) Thank you very much and see you soon!

Looking back upon a 100 year-long tradition in hospitality the historical Grandhotel Stary Smokovec in the centre of the High Tatras, only 3 minutes from the departure station of the Hrebienok cable... The hotel was amazing. The location is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the dinner was delicious. The staff was good. At the reception,at the wellnes and the bars and the cleaner staff also.

I loved everything about this place. Very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished room, available mini bar with very affordable options. The offered deserts were such a nice touch! Amazing breakfast, especially the pancakes. Didn't manage to check out the spa as it was already booked.
