Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and helpful. Khalid in particular was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Lovely modern rooms and decent size for a twin room. Extremely clean. Great shower. Reliable wifi. Breakfast good. Very close to bus stops, a train station and a large Migros supermarket which was handy. Luggage storage after checkout much appreciated. Probably one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Switzerland - ticked all the boxes for us.

Room was spacious and clean. Also, it wasn't cold at night, what is common in most hotels in Europe, even when they have a heating system. The breakfast was very complete. I travelled for work and I do recommend it.

Location was superb - bang opposite the Niederteufen train station. This made commute very easy for me as I had to catch a train for St. Gallen the next morning. I really liked how spacious and comfortable the room was.
