Ideally situated to walk into Saumur. Both public and private parking available outside the property. Host met us at the agreed time and showed us the property. Half bottle of wine, jam and walnuts were left for us. Very clean and well appointed.

The staff were very accomodating and able to answer all of our questions about local attractions, restaurants, grocery, etc. Easy walk to city center and Chateau. Our room was large and very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the room/bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good. Secure and covered bicycle parking was available inside the hotel's gated car park. Plain and very clean hotel w/o fancy decorations, etc...exactly what we look for in a comfortable place to sleep.

The room was very quiet and comfortable The bed was very comfortable The showers were a hit. They have a water saving system that really works, our girls were very eager to try to stay in the green zone. The staff was AMAZING. So helpful, so nice… The food was very good

Location on an island: just crossing the bridge (with a fairy tale view) to the center. Personnel extremely helpful (arranged a pickup, changed immediatly a fridge not working). Room comfortable, AC, elevator.

The accommodation is on two floors, with the toilet & bathroom on the ground floor. The outside patio seating area is private. Everywhere inside is spotlessly clean. It's a 5 minute drive into town to get to the supermarket. The most important advice is to be sure you visit the caves & wine tasting on offer in the local village.

They were very accommodating regarding storage of luggage before and after check-in. They also had the policy of allowing early access to your room ( for a nominal fee) which we greatly appreciated
