Everything! That staff were amazingly friend and helpful. The facilities were excellent (including the pool and spa) and such a good location, with only a short walk into the main centre of town. The breakfast was also excellent.

They have an amazing family business, so it's managed with owner eyes all the time. From the check in up to check out everything was perfect, they give you nice advices about restaurants, nightlife, fastfood, shuttle, laundry, all you need. The hotel environment is super cool, you can relax by the pool, watch the sunrise having an amazing breakfast, room is very confy and it's well located, just a few meters walk from city center and the cliff views.

Excellent location and great value for money. 10 minute walk from the main strip of Fira. The room was even nicer than expected and cleaned daily. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were so helpful, especially Georgia who organized our taxi and welcomed us on our first night. Couldn’t recommend enough! Excellent customer service.
