I love that I was greeted at the door by name, which honestly made me feel safe and valued as a customer. The offer of coffee gives it the luxury feel of the hotel, and his smile made me fall in love with the hotel. I also love that it's near the beach, and it has that American feel to it with the McDonald's, KFC restaurants within walking distance.
