Everything here was superb! From the staff to the clean smell as you walk in the door which Carries over to your room! The beds were comfortable and very clean. We loved how it had cable tv and were able to watch anything! The rooftop bistro was beautiful and modern. The food was excellent and fresh! Location to Niagara Falls is only a hop skip and a jump to see the Falls. It was one of the BEST Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at! The wildlife was plenty on the grounds. Thank-you for the amazing service. Will definately come back to stay.

The room was large, with a lovely bathroom and it came with nice comfy robes. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the cleaning lady. They brought milk and cookies to our room in the evening which I loved! The breakfast was very good even if you have to choose what you want the night before. They will deliver it to your room at no extra charge and they were on time each day. Fabulous hotel at an amazing price and it is right near all the tourist areas of the falls but not too close 😁

7-10 minuets walk from Niagara Falls park, big parking lot, nice lobby, small but good working fitness room, the water in the pool seemed a bit colder than I expected, but otherwise it's good. The room was large, clean and very comfortable for it's price. The view from the window was beautiful - on the Seneca Casino and old church. I'd recommend this hotel.

It was clean and comfortable. I didn't need staff much but when I did they were very friendly,helpful and greeted me very nicely. The breakfast was good too they even have a waffle iron so you can make waffles.
