Great customer service from Forest when there was a fault with our room door & my husband couldn't get in, tried all avenues, and got him a room free of charge. Just wanted to say thank you to all staff involved, including Amanda. Staff recommended great places to eat and the rooms are very clean & comfortable. Hotel is near Yosemite which we highly recommend seeing; and to do a day tour with Discover Yosemite. Would happily stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was new and clean. Credit to the housekeeping team working long hours to keep the place spotless. Good location to access Yosemite National Park (90 minutes one way) & hot breakfast was a nice touch.

Receptionist at night was extremely helpful. The place is an old lodge recently renovated. Visually appealing everywhere you go. The room was comfortably big and the bathroom aswell. The shower not so much, but still not to complain about. We were there for a cold day and night and heating worked perfectly. They offered us to light up both fireplaces located in the common area, event though we were the only guests there that night. They have a big piano in case you fancy playing! If you're hitting Yosemite Park for a day, the location of this Hotel is fine. If you're going there more than once, the twisty road and 40 miles there will exhaust you. So location must be considered when booking.

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy and well-uquipped, we were amazed by the amount of details - how perfectly organised all cupboards were, the amount of utensils available and how spotless it was. Unit we chose had 2 bedrooms - king size bed in one, two queen in second, and additonal sleeping space for 2 in the living room. Hot tub was divine and location very convenient - 10 minute walk to the lake, and approx 1hr scenic drive to Yosemite Valley. Staff was wonderful and helpful! They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for taking longer to check-in, which was completely unexpected but very kind of them. We felt like at home, thank you and I hope we'll get a chance to visit you again :)
