What a wonderful hotel - from the warm welcome on arrival to every detail of the stay. Super comfortable rooms (we had 4); breakfast delivered to your door but on a tray so you could head up to the deck overlooking the Bay, Alcatraz and San Francisco beyond. The front desk staff were all helpful and friendly but we have to give a big Shout Out for Tom who went out of his way to make us welcome and help us with restaurant ideas, parking etc.

The Breakfast could not have been better. The woman, Sandra, who seem to be bringing all of the items out, was extremely polite and efficient.

Excellent location, outstanding staff (they were so thoughtful), great big comfy bed, lots of hot water for shower, modern, very clean, great kitchen, lots of space to put everything... and a rooftop area to enjoy.

This is the best place to visit San Francisco if you have a car. There is a shopping mall just in front, Miur Woods 15 min by car, Golden Gate Bridge 15 min by car. Free parking, great breakfast included, swimming pool and jacuzzi, basket ball court, barbecue grill, laudry room.. My family had a great time. I loved the little patio with chairs to relax.

It was very clean and close to the places we wanted to visit. An hour walk to the Golden Gate Bridge, 40 min walk to pier 33 and other attraction.

This hotel has many advantages: it is in the touristic part of the city, near Marina; it has nice free parking which is very helpful for tourists traveling around California by car especially in San Francisco; the rooms are newly remodeled, spacious, and very clean; the bathroom was nice, clean, newly remodeled, and very spacious; the room was well equipped, including the fact that it had a table which can be used for work; the personnel was friendly and helpful (we were even provided by a shaving kit when we asked for it although we were almost sure they did not have it - it was a pleasant surprise for us). It is a family-owned inn and they care about the clients. They have similar inns in the area, so if this inn is booked you can look at their other inns which, I am sure, are of the same high quality (when one evening we were walking home we encountered an inn which looked pretty much the same and we even first confused it with our inn )) it appeared that it was another inn run by the same family). Next time I will definitely stay with them again and, if there are no available rooms, I will try their other inns without hesitation
