The room was small but very pleasant. Location was quiet but was close to all major attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This Victorian house is in large gardens and has easy access to Edinburgh's city centre by bus. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, large rooms and fresh, home-cooked, traditional Scottish breakfasts.... Our hosts were fantastic and ensured we had everything we needed, they even wrote down helpful information like buses and taxis and what places were getting booked up quickly. Breakfast was great, perfect location to hop on a bus and explore the city.

Very warm, the heating system is very efficient. Very quiet in the middle of the countryside. We totally enjoyed our stay!
