Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, from the girls in reception to all the waitresses to the pool man and absolutely every single person that works there. The rooms were large and comfortable and the food was good and the beach was lovely. It was so nice that everyday they gave us bottles of drinking water. Our included breakfast was very nice and you could order eggs in any style and there was a large variety I would have liked butter instead of margarine.

I absolutely LOVED and appreciated the team at the resort. They were helpful and kind. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, always had a smile on their beautiful faces and just overall great people. We enjoyed great food and drinks: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with great vibrant taste and flavors. The kids and I loved the water park and pool. Rooms were clean and tidy. Stocked with water and all necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. Will most definitely visit again next time I am In Mombasa.

We had a wonderful stay at Papillon, beautiful hotel and pool area, well-located, great diversity of food, and what stood out the most was the kindest, welcoming and professional staff - from the helpful reception staff, friendliest waiters and most fun animation team - A yu wee, a yu wee! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Nastanitev City Centre s 3 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu Mombasa, 14 min hoje od znamenitosti Burhani Gardens in 1,3 km od znamenitosti Tusks Monument. Really helpful, kind, friendly staff. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed and a fairly large bathroom. I was surprised at this price point they have a fridge in the room (many places don't!). The breakfast was simply but tasty and well presented. The chef and his colleague were smiling despite the early hour and really felt like they enjoyed their jobs. I had an issue outside of the hotel (had nothing to do with the hotel) and the manager and owner went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation and it was so impressive to be helped in a difficult situation when they didn't have to. Highly recommend to visitors who want to be close to the old town.

Lovely staff, special mention for Catherine.Great welcome on arrival with breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room, comfy bed and quiet at night leading to a good nights sleep every night.Bar restaurant area is very nice with a lovely breakfast and meals. Attractive gardens and clean pool. Easy to walk to the beach and local bars. Thanks for a lovely stay we will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. Generally, it's a very nice place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice clean, friendly place to stay

The staff team was cordial, polite and friendly. The room service staff- Constance and Patrick (Grill bar waiter) were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the beach. I booked an ocean view room and an upper floor room and got exactly that. The hotel had a Christmas pre-party which was just fantastic! The hotel had an evening live soft music during dinner which was lovely!

My stay was perfect a bit short If any chance the housekeeping kept my adapter on the socket .I will appreciate a message from you Room 109
