The owner/staff were very welcoming and kind, and the room was extremely clean and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Middelburg.

The breakfast was simple but delicious. Everything was clean and freshly painted. Overall it's a great experience. Our room was right above the street but it was fairly quiet. The supermarket is 15 meters away from the hotel.

Het Verschil is situated directly on the beach, in the cosy city centre of Zoutelande. Make a refreshing beach walk and keep in touch with free Wi-Fi access. Hospitality & flexibility are key at het Verschil- the owners really try to make you feel at home, I can strongly recommend this place, especially if you do not like the one in a dozen main stream hotels! As close to the beach as you can get with a fresh, varied breakfast.
