Not so crowded, so easy to move around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I should give a special appreciation to Mr. Ibrahim, who was at the reception. His approach towards guest is exceptional. The Manger Mr. Ahmed was also very supportive. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay there. I will make it my regular hotel during my travel to Salalah.

The staff was exceptional, after a long road trip, we needed to check in early, and the staff was kind enough to let us in for 3 hours early. No other places made such exception for me
