We liked the separate space to hang downstairs and having the bedroom space upstairs. Bathrooms were very clean and updated.

Thew owners and staff were very friendly and always helpful. great location

All restaurants we're in walking distance, there was a view of the ocean 30 feet from our door, beautiful flowers hanging above our room. Several parking spaces, The number one beach in Middletown RI is Second beach there is no other like it soft sand, no rocks, clear blue water, parking is right in front of the beach, big waves.

We loved our stay, the room was immaculately clean and very pretty. The terrace with views over the lovely white church, roofs and the sea at sunset beautiful. The hosts were very heartfelt and the parking not too far away from the house. Besides you can park next to the building when checking in and dropping off the luggage into the room. The parking lot was easy to find because of the detailed explanation from the host and the walk back was short and beautiful because of the very nice location. We traveled through New England for 3 weeks sleeping in 18 different B&B´s but here we got the best breakfast of all of them and were talking and dreaming about it often.

Loved the ice machine and Poland Springs to fill our water bottles. We had a late check in and they were so accommodating.
