Very good location next-door to one of the best beaches in the area. The property was very clean and had all amenities you can possibly need. The staff is super friendly and really tried to make our stay the best.

it was amazing, the location was perfect and house was immaculate. we had a really big storm on the second day and parasol got broken, but it was replaced next day! really quick response and the house provide everything you need.

This air-conditioned holiday home features 4 bedrooms, a satellite flat-screen TV, and a kitchen. The holiday home also comes with 4 bathrooms with a bath and a bidet.

Alcudia is 2.7 km from the holiday home. The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca Airport, 63 km from Can Salom.

The location of the villa to the beach was perfect, only a few steps away, so easy to pop back to get cold drinks etc. It is in a residential area so very quiet, and just over a mile into Alcúdia old town . The villa was well equipped, although missing decent sized mugs for a lovely cup of tea! Extremely clean, bed linen and towels were lovely. Kids enjoyed the table tennis and use of inflatables for the beach. The representative we talked to from Bebreeze was very friendly and helpful .

A few bottles of water in a fridge and some cake from a local bakery is always nice for a welcome message. The place had some beach stuff in case you come with kids, so you dont have to bring your own beach toys. Same goes with sun umbrellas, if you wanted, those are available, some in better, some in worse condition, but we were able to find at least 3 umbrellas in a good condition. Obviously you get enough space on a driveway to park 3 cars without issues, which is nice, but kinda expected while renting a property like this.

    Villa Panoramica is a real little corner of paradise. The views are breathtaking, the villa is spacious and luxurious, and the facilities are of a high standard. The team we were in contact with were super and gave us great advice. We had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dream holiday in Mallorca.

    The location is superb and Eva is a wonderful, helpful and very responsive host. The access to the private beach makes this villa an exceptional family holiday option. There is space for everyone with many bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Eva hired paddle boards/kayaks for us and we used them extensively. There is a good local supermarket and the twice weekly market at Alcudia to obtain food and wine. A lovely holiday option, highly recommended.

    The Villa is located close to beaches and 25 min walk to Alcudia, which has a beautiful walled old town. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, had nice bbq, comfortable beds. Overall a lovely property and good location to use as a base to explore the area.

    Great villa to stay in quiet Alcudia district. Nice clear and modern design and floor plan. Super light and cozy. Swimming pool is well managed and wash machine is on the back of the building. Has all needed for comfortable stay. Beach, supermarket and other shops are max 10 min drive. Host is nice and always solves your adHoc requests fast. Def recommend!

    The villa was lovely and facilities were great (the pool is a good size). There were 10 of us with lots of space and lots of areas to sit. We loved that every room had its own toilet/shower. The villa owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had during our stay. Would highly recommend for a group getaway!
