Very comfortable home-from-home with excellent facilities, in a quiet location. Immaculately clean and Covid-safe. Welcome hamper of breakfast items was very thoughtful and well-received.

Tastefully and beautifully furnished, this is a stunning home and the owner Mike was so great to deal with. The kitchen is particularly well equipped -name any gadget and you’ll find it here, along with a couple of surprises in the fridge! The patio is particularly attractive with a table and chairs, and there is a small pretty garden with a bench in a sunny spot. The bedding is of a very high quality and extremely comfortable. My favourite room was probably the study which has attractive furniture, books to browse and another little surprise. But I won’t tell you what it is…you must go and see for yourself!

Really clean, newly refurbished place, which was perfect for our stay. The parking was a bonus when you’re that close to the centre. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was really comfy. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Facilities were fantastic, and the host was speedy and very helpful with entering the building. TV room was a great addition and ensured we had a great time at the venue. Easy access to the rest of the city and close by to lots of restaurants etc.

South House had everything we needed for our visit to Winchester. Great location to the Town center. Very clean and well equipped. Would recommend staying at South House. Great communication with Steve and Irina prior to our visit. Thank you

I loved everything about the property! It was my first time staying in Winchester and this cozy cottage was the perfect pick for us! I rented it for my husband and our two granddaughters that live nearby. Julia, the owner and host was helpful at every turn. She was over the top accommodating! The cottage was impeccably clean and tidy and stocked full of everything a traveler would need. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. The location of the Nestle House was walking distance to the Cathedral, shopping and any food preferences you might have. We were so happy we found this spot!
