We loved everything about the property. The townhouse was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view as promised. The beach/pool area was just perfect - quiet, lots of space, and easy swimming. Finally, the staff was incredible. From Marie who handled the booking, to Mr. Brown, the manager, who made sure we had everything we needed, to Nie, our most excellent driver - everyone (including groundskeeper and housekeeper) provided an amazing level of service, care, and attention!

I loved the location on the 7 mile beach. I could have my day at the beach or the pool provided by the little Bay County Club. I also , liked having a balcony off of my bedroom to go and sit in the evening. Anywhere I wanted to go nothing was too far to get too. The property is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The property has security 24hours which is very good.

We stay in cottage 8 with the pool view and it was just breathtaking. We had complete privacy and that was a plus. If you like nature and the rustic vibe then Villa Sur Mer is the place for you. It was an exceptional experience and we can't wait to plan our next trip there. Thanks to all the amazing staff there as well. They were all accommodating

My one complaint is that we expected we'd be staying in a specific bungalow (the one with the curved roof) and instead we were put in the top floor of a duplex. It was fine, but we'd been really excited about the lovely stand alone bungalow and that's why we booked the place. On the plus side, there as a GORGEOUS waterfront view that you get to through an underground tunnel on the grounds of Villas Sur Mer. Truly magical. Would definitely return and also recommend. Felt like a home away from home. Very close to other popular locations and major public and chartered transportation too. Also quite close to the town.

What was even better we had the whole hotel to ourselves (there was no one else checked in because it was a low season). There was no noise. The wifi was one of the best that I have used in Jamaica. Local restaurants where all walking distance from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we where in Negril.
