It’s style and design was perfect. Room was so clean and nice. You can have breakfast at your balcony. Fofi was so helpful and she answered all of my questions kindly. The villa was definitely luxurious, very well-equipped, and spotless. A lovely touch was the heating of the pool, which featured jacuzzi-styled jets. Bearing in mind we travelled in October, the poolside of the villa receives no sun. However, there is a charming patio which was perfectly suitable for sunbathing, we loved going into the pool to cool off! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in an idyllic spot in the Kos mountainside with stunning views and walkable to the charming town of Zia.

This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

Newly refurbished with great amenities , a very helpful hostess who left us loads of her homegrown vegetables and a bottle of wine . She cleaned our place every day as well which we weren’t expecting . Highly recommend . Would definitely return. East to get around ,everything within walking distance . Buses or hire car for more adventure .

The accommodation is in a great location - close to the beaches and the airport. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including olive oil from the owner's garden. Cleanliness also met our high standards. We received wine, fruit and still water and tomatoes from the surrounding garden as a welcome gift. Absolutely wonderful stay.
