Friendly, courteous, smiling staff. Front desk attendant was very informed. Bellhops very prompt. Room service was very fast, and my food arrived -hot and delicious!

Very accommodating staff. I had double booked and they did the paperwork immediately for a refund, at no charge!

Located in Dorval and with Centropolis reachable within 16 km, Microtel Inn & Suites Montreal Airport-Dorval QC provides a fitness centre, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a shared lounge.

The property was very clean and service was excellent. We loved that the room came with a snooz smart white noise speaker. Breakfast was complementary and had many choices. The pool and slide was awesome and fun. I will book another stay at a Microtel again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

I had a problem with a night front-desk clerk while check-in, but next morning I had a chance to meet Mrs Ana Oliveira (General manager assistant) - and everything was fixed in 3 minutes!!!! Mrs Ana Oliveira is a HIGHLY-PROFESSIONAL person and a beautiful woman! Thank you, Mrs Oliveira for everything you've done for me! Besides, breakfast is really good and employees in restaurant are VERY smily and nice!
