Lovely big rooms, well equipped, comfortable and in immaculate condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they have accommodated us, went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We love it! Very quiet, clean. We’ve stayed there for 6 days.Thank you to all the staff especially to the kitchen staff who’s preparing our breakfast daily, housekeeping(Anne, Angie and Julie?) Sorry not good remembering names, who made our room tidy and clean, emptying the bin everyday.

The evening staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Check in was friendly and easy. We were given a choice of rooms. The bar was open and there was a great family feel even though it was nearly midnight. The room was perfect. You couldn't hear the motorway at all from our third floor room, which was also spotless and fresh. The breakfast was okay too. The free car park felt secure. The whole place seemed professionally run. Everyone we dealt with was lovely. It didn't feel like your typical UK hotel at all. We felt excited and appreciated for our fifty one pounds, and that is saying something, because all too often we pay two and three times this amount to be treated with a shrug and a sneer in other places. There was simply not one weak link to be found. This hotel is stunning! Keep it up!

Beautiful building, excellent food in the restaurant both at dinner and at breakfast the next day. The shower was great, large and perfect water pressure. Loved the soap products used. wonderful coffee in the rooms, we had booked 2. Bed was very comfortable, wonderful touches with the Scottish milled wool blanket on the bed by Johnston’s of Elgin, established in 1797, which matched the upholstery on the headboards. Very happy with our stay.
