WOW! Im not sure where to start- the rooms were amazing. So spacious and luxurious. The staff were AMAZING. Housekeeping was amazing- manager George was beyond amazing. Always looking to help us and make our stay more comfortable. They even packed us breakfast on our last day because we needed to leave early (ithout us even asking!!)

Exceptional value for money. So spacious and clean for so little money... everything is there. A fully equipped kitchen and a laundry machine. Tsambika, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect, a 5-minute drive from the beach. All small-scale hotels around, so no mass-tourism feel.

This is a really beautiful charming villa with every home comfort you could imagine. It is much bigger than it looks in the photographs and is decorated in a lovely blue and white Greek style, it was really homely not like an anonymous holiday let. There is both a dishwasher and a washing machine, with tablets already provided, the air conditioning was lovely and cold and there is satellite television with a few English channels. The villa is situated in a lovely position and we found we could follow the Sun around for the whole day starting off at the front, moving to the pool and then round again to the charming private back patio. The sheets and towels were great quality cotton and beach towels were also provided. The Sun loungers around the pool are very comfortable and plentiful and the pool is maintained every couple of days. The Wi-Fi had a good signal and was free and unlike many villas we have stayed in there was no limit on electricity/Wi-Fi usage. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. We learnt after the first night that its best to shut the shutters at night as it can get windy and they can bang a bit . Paula and Kevin were perfect friendly hosts and always contactable if need be. We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper with red wine, white wine, beer, milk, croissants, Bread, butter, jam,several types of tea, instant and ground coffee and bottled water in the fridge, We didn’t need to go to the supermarket until the next day. The Supermarket and an excellent bakery are a couple of minutes walk away as are several excellent restaurants / takeaways and both quiet and lively bars. Most evenings there was some sort of entertainment or music in the village. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away and was not overly crowded. There are several wonderful beach tavernas within a short walking distance. Our favourite Taverna was called Sposa which was a 20 minute walk turning left at Gennadi beach.

The villa is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Andrea, the owner of the house, is very helpful, he had provided us with a rich set of food and drinks, showed us everything, advised us the best restaurants and beaches. I recommend choose this villa to everyone.

The service at Gennadi Grand Resort is exceptional. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the garden. The food was delicious, especially the healthy culinary options.

Visited for a romantic weekend and the hotel delivered. Located on an exceptional beach in Kiotari, this huge resort exceeded our expectations. We lounged at the pool during the day, ate at the exotic buffet for lunch and had an unforgettable evening at the Greek restaurant on the beach included in this all inclusive resort. The staff was polite and made our stay as comfortable it could ever be. We even visited the spa one day which was, in sense, the most relaxing experience one could ask for. All in all will definitely visit again!

The setting was truly remarkable, offering an authentic Greek experience that's hard to match. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly require. As for our host, Manolis, he is undoubtedly one of the most warm-hearted individuals we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond by treating us to homemade cake, coffee, and fresh fruits, making us feel right at home. We felt comfortable approaching him for anything we needed, and he generously shared his insights about the local area and the entire island.

Absolutely great experience! The Villas are absolutely wonderful! Me and my girlfriend loved the stay! It’s only a 15 min drive to Prasonisi beach where we went kite surfing every day for one entire week. The owners were very welcoming, super helpful and friendly with giving us lot of local tips. We also appreciated the high hygienic standard and the respect of COVID restrictions. At our arrival there was a huge bowl of fresh fruits, a cold wine bottle and other essentials in the fridge. They really thought about everything (from the softener for the washing machine, the tabs for the dishwasher, the ice cubes ready in the freezer, plenty of candles to creat atmosphere, kitchen equipment and utilities, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, an outdoor fire place and barbecue equipment, plenty of towels, second stock of bed sheets etc.). We really recommend staying at this property and enjoying the wonderful setup with private pool and see view. Thanks Anastasia for making it a dream vacation!
