We have received an upgrade with full haram view free of charge, breakfast very delicious, daily fresh orange juice, hot and cold dishes, very good, descent service. Shuttle Service to/from Haram 24 hours, great. Bed very comfortable, very clean room. Check in/out very smooth, staff at the reception very helpful. Mr. Asim (Assif) Islam from customer service was even very helpful as well as MS.Hanuf. We felt home. Definitly we will choose Double Tree by Hilton for our next stay in Saudi Arabia. Even our appreciation for the Management. Unforgetable holidays in Saudi Arabia.
