Dama i resepsjonen bekreftet at vi ikke skulle få reservasjonen fra bboking.com belastet. Vi har nå betalt dobbelt for rommet. Altså booking.com og drop-in. Vi har kontaktet hotellet flere ganger uten å lykkes å komme i kontakt med noen. Har også sendt e-post uten å få svar. Svært dårlig kundeservice. Ha nå måte kontakte kredittkort selskapet.
