The location was ideal for easy walking distance to Baldwin Wallace University (our reason for visiting Berea). The husband and wife team running the place clearly take great pride in providing a wonderful guest experience. The hefty comforters on the beds were very welcome as a sanctuary from the sub-zero temperatures outside. Lots of sitting area spaces in the house for cozy reading, drinking coffee, etc. And they really delivered on the Breakfast portion of the B&B experience with fine china and delicious homemade foods.
