A nice, clean, comfortable room with a king size bed, couch and nice desk for you do take care of business if you had to. The shower / bathtub had a lever so you could take a nice hot bath.

Exceptional customer service from Ronnie and the entire front desk staff 😄 All team members are professional, courteous, polite, and efficient at check-in. Rooms are immaculate, clean and fresh smelling! Housekeeping staff is impeccable at details and cleanliness of rooms. Amenities galore include fridge and microwave in each room, ice machine, breakfast, dependable internet and cable, up to date heating and cooling adjustable in each room, and fantastic shower head and water flow. I always come back to Manchester Inn And Suites because they care about each and every guest through their professionalism and safety guidelines. The Location & Low, Low Price! This Manchester CT motel property is dated & the location is not glamorous, but the no-frills Queen room was neat & clean. We were just here to sleep, after going to a Mystic Dead show @ Main St. Pub last evening, instead of driving 1-1/2 hrs back to Stonington. EZ PZ.

The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.
