The location and setting is truly amazing. A luxury paradise between the trees. The tents are very comfortable, and the restaurant has great food and drinks. But what really stood out is the service. Super helpful and very easy communication ahead of arrival and during the stay. And most importantly: when there was a misunderstanding about a reservation (for the spa) the staff did everything to find a solution for us. That is what sets good and excellent apart. We would have loved to stay a bit longer, and recommend the place to everyone.

This is obvioously a posh stay for Jakarta. But the friendly and caring staff makes is worthwhile. They a very attentive and the room service works very well, if you want to stay there to enjoy the great view you have on the city from there. They simply perfectly delivered what you expect form such a hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not to forget the food and drinks are matching the place. The location is close the Gondangdia station of the suburban line so it is easy to get around with our usind a taxi all the time.

The view is very wonderful and the place is charming, beautifully designed, elegant and luxurious. There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it.
