Offering a sea-view restaurant and a terrace, SeePort Hotel is located in Ancona opposite the seaside, a 15-minute walk from the train station. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Great sea view of the harbor, and enjoyed fireworks display for the fisherman festival on our last night in Italy … what a special treat. Staff were especially helpful and the breakfast was great with beautiful sea views.

Set in the village of Monterado, this castle dates back to 1732. It offers suites with LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Castello Di Monterado once belonged to the Duke of Urbino. Simply a place to enjoy with a wonderful ambience. A delicious breakfast with a beautiful view upon the sourrounding hills and the see. The dinner in the castle courtyard was marvellous. The garden and the forrest were very very nice. Even after checkout it was allowed to use the pool for the rest of the day.

Overlooking the port of Ancona, 650 metres away, Grand Hotel Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and a free fitness centre with Technogym equipment. Beautiful hotel with grandiose decor. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend their in-house restaurant for their great meals and wines.

Staff was super kind and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and how to get to beaches and places of interest. They also arranged pick-up to and from the hotel with a local taxi company. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel decor was very nice.
