My 7 y/o son and I stayed for 8 nights. It was such a perfect experience. Beautiful, exceptionally clean and centrally located. Every employee made sure we were taken care off. The room was very spacious given it’s in the middle of the city - and the view was amazing. Their free breakfast was also over the top. I was impressed how every employee took their job so seriously. We felt special! And every day they cleaned our rooms, even when we didn't ask.

We booked a regular king room, but got upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was a really nice surprise! The complementary food and drinks were not used, but we were so impressed that they were even offered. Breakfast was plentiful, with ample seating. I also liked the added security of the doors being locked at 10pm and needing either your key or to call the front desk.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, I really really loved the spaciousness of the walk-in shower. The water pressure was also perfect, it was honestly the best shower I have ever had. The really enjoyed the breakfast. I also really liked that you get three vouchers for three adult beverages when you check-in, although I did not use them. It was my first time staying here, and it won't be my last. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting Cleveland.

The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.
