The house is super clean. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The host is extremely nice and helpful. Great porch to enjoy the afternoon or a morning coffee! We will for sure come back! Thank you so much!

I almost hesitate to write a review as I fear my words will not be able to do it justice. My boyfriend and I booked The Hazelhouse for a little weekend getaway and although from previous reviews we had high expectations, nothing could prepare us for just how truly wonderful it was. Minke was without a doubt the best host we have ever had, the attention to detail and care that she puts into ensuring a positive stay is out of this world. The room we stayed, the living room and bathroom are all large, so well taken care of and breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast each morning was on par with any fancy restaurant with the most beautiful setting overlooking the mountains, river and fireplace. Our biggest takeaway from the whole trip though, was just how much Minke loves what she does, I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so passionate about being a BnB host and it truly shows in the quality of the stay, everywhere was spotless, decorated perfectly and was made to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This heritage home is an absolute must stay and I will be telling everyone who will listen that they must go and experience it.

We really liked the location and the house. It had all the facilities needed and was very modern and new. Tracy and Steve, the hosts, were extremely service-minded and friendly. Whatever questions or needs that we had, they were there immediately. We can only give Tracy and Steve and their lovely house our warmest recommendations.
