The room we stayed in was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. While it would be nice to have Wi-Fi in the room, it was available in the check-in area and there was good 5G coverage in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights at Miette Mountain Cabins and absolutely loved it! The cabins are fantastic—spacious, cozy, and set in a beautifully maintained property. There’s a pool, hot tub, barbecue area, campfire spots, and even a games room with pool, darts, and more. They offer free coffee, tea, and cookies, which was a lovely touch. The laundry room was spotless, and everything throughout the property was very clean. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking available as well. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Jasper, but the peaceful location and atmosphere made it totally worth it. We’d definitely come back!

We were quietly upgraded to a loft suite on arrival - as we arrived off the train at 6:30am, we’d arranged to drop our bags but the hotel very kindly gave us a room there and then. What a blessing! The suite was clean and a good size, with a loft bedroom and a lovely fireplace. There is a pool and sauna, which we also enjoyed.

The cabins were very well presented and the views from the restaurant were spectacular. The manager, Tim, was exceptional in his customer service - he made our stay! Michael and Lisa in the restaurant were also fabulous. highly recommend.

From the point of arrival, I was welcomed with a smile and a ton of information. The front end was wonderful at answering my questions and pointing me in the direction I needed to go. My room was upgraded to 2 queens and a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable room! The shower was clean, and the water pressure was divine after a long drive. My boys loved the swimming pool and hot tub, and I enjoyed the steam room. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meals were lovely. All the staff that we came across were super kind, well-kept, and professional. Outside, located around the buildings, there were warm fires going with many chairs for guests. We very much enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back again!
