The staff were really friendly, everyone took off their shoes on entry so the place stayed very clean. Comfy bed with soft sheets, fantastic kitchen with good rules in place that everyone followed.

We stayed in the new, great facilities with kitchenette (even has a dish washer) and shared laundry. Bed is comfortable and quiet air-conditioning. quite near town center. Breakfast is reasonable priced. Attention to details (provides make up removal!). Staff is very friendly and attentive, housekeeping service is quick.

Attention to detail . Even after recently reopening after the wildfires , the staff was all hands on deck and professional . It was such a great stay that my husband and I are comparing other hotels we have stayed at since and looking for the Jasper Fairmont experience again.

Located on main street, this hotel is surrounded by evergreens within Jasper National Park. It offers an indoor pool and free WiFi throughout the entire property. The Jasper tramway is 9 km away.
