This was an excellent penthouse apartment. Our host was very friendly and carried our bags up to the apartment. Being at 1440m up, we had perfect views of the snowy mountains from our balcony. It was extremely clean and lots of extra luxury items were provided. We also had a mini bar and snacks in the room. My dog was given a bed and some bowls, and we were allowed a flexible check out time. Will definitely be returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host greeted us warmly with chocolate and a bottle of wine upon arrival – such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment is centrally located, close to everything you might need, and fully equipped so you won’t miss a thing. The hosts were extremely responsive and attentive to our needs, answering any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The apartment is very clean and has many facilities such as all kitchen equipment, coffee, condiments, wine, etc. it was dressed up in nice Christmas decor and is above a wonderful restaurant. It’s also just 100m from Coop supermarket making it easy to bring in ingredients to cook. It is also quite big and has a balcony with good view. It’s located in the main city of Andermatt and the host - Ewa is the most kind hearted and wonderful woman I’ve come across. She literally was overly helpful for people she met just for a few minutes. It was my privilege to meet her.

The quality of service, the friendliness of the staff and breakfast buffet is second to none. The room was exceptionally good, clean and comfortable. I stayed here before in 2022 and it was just as outstanding then. This is a great hotel and situated perfectly to visit the many mountain passes in the area.

Room is just lovely, plenty of shelving and hooks for hanging clothes-especially useful as we arrived on motorbikes so ideal for hanging our motorbike kit following a rainstorm. Hotel is great overall, parking in 2 areas, very safe for motorcycles. We liked that UK TV is available just for some home comforts. Bathroom is very well designed too. All in all we would stay again and recommend others to stay here.

The apartment was spacious, modern and well equipped with everything we needed it to be -what we expected was a lovely alpine view but what we didn't expect was a building site just outside of our window and a 7am wake-up call by the noise from the building workers so disappointed - if we had been advised about the construction work we wouldn't have booked to stay at the appointment and would have found alternative accomodation

One of the best locations I've ever stayed! In the winter, the guesthouse is only accessible by train or ski lift/gondola, giving you a very remote feel. Ski-in-ski-out accommodations are perfect for skiers, and you can get all the way to the town of Andermatt on skis. The views from the double bed with private bathroom room are phenomenal. Great wifi, cozy rooms, and phenomenal dinners (additional charge) each night.

Very friendly staff, made quick accommodation for us to have a couple stay after accidentally booking as a solo traveller. Beautiful location. Very modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and a coffee machine with pods available in the room.
