The location is super good, close to the lifts and it has easy to use ski storage and ski boots dryer room. staff is friendly

Decent apartment with all facilities necessary plus some more. Comfortable, due to garden, for bringing our dog. Sauna was private and great. Beautiful area, fit for hikers. Busstop was nearby.

It's a nice little flat in a wonderful area for hiking and visiting the lake. The flat has everything you need, including a small kitchenette for cooking. It's a studio which works well for a couple for a bunch of days. The host communicated well and was willing to help us out with a small issue that arose. Recommended.

Highly recommended place for ski holidays. 2’ walk from the bus stop and 2 stops away from flims ski gondola. Free underground parking included. Great value for money. Host also very quick in responding to any need we had.

Great location, very friendly service, dog-friendly, room with a beautiful mountain view, fantastic ski resort, the best place I've ever skied. I plan to go back. If you're looking for a New Year's Eve without fireworks, they're prohibited in Flims.

Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

good breakfast, very helpful staff ( who saved us a FORTUNE - a day ticket for the cable car would have cost us 135 SFr per person, instead a pass available to hotel guests cost 49 SFr per person) Ideal for an activity holiday where one is out walking cycling for most of the day My initial thought was it was a bit expensive - but I stayed in other hotels on this trip and in comparison Hotel des Alpes was very good value

Amazing location - quiet and yet convenient

The flat was very modern and furnished with style and to a high quality. The building overall is a bit dated but that doesn’t impact the flat’s comfort. Super convenient location for skiing with all the necessary infrastructure close by. Host was approachable and helpful. Kitchen very well stocked and exactly what we needed. Very comfortable beds.

The view is fantastic! Apartment has everything you may need - to cook, to rest. And sauna was the best! Beds are comfy, staff is very helpful. Everything was great!

Uncomplicated check-in and check-out through the key box. We could even stay a bit longer in the apartment and leave the car on the facilities as the next guests arrived only a few days later. The kitchen is very well equipped and the ustensiles are all very recent so that you can enjoy cooking as at your own place

The location was perfect to see the Alpabzug with stunning views of the Flimserstein. Arriving early on Saturday, Heike the receptionist was wonderful for early check in & parking place.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had – a fully deserved 10/10. If you are coming to Flims, this is the only place worth staying. The hotel perfectly combines the atmosphere of a classic alpine retreat with a modern, elegant design. Everything feels thoughtful and refined, from the interiors to the overall ambiance. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful at every stage of the stay – genuinely warm, professional, and always attentive. There are three or four different restaurants offering a wide variety of excellent cuisine. The food is delicious (not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it), and the breakfasts are outstanding. One of the main lobby restaurants even has a DJ playing soft, pleasant music from the morning – a unique and very enjoyable touch that adds to the atmosphere. The spa area is superb: a proper swimming pool with warm water, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an excellent sauna section. It is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location is in quiet street, a bit on the side but the ski shuttle service is flawless. I mean it. It runs smoothly in both directions, with waiting times never longer than five minutes. It is incredibly convenient and well organized. In 3 minutes you're next to the ski lift and after long day of skiing you can feel like a VIP with private shuttle just after you take off your skies. The hotel is great both for groups of friends and for families. There is a dedicated playroom and games area for children, which makes it very family-friendly. Accommodation is available either in the main building or in Villa Soldanella, but there is absolutely no need to worry about that. Everything is connected by an underground corridor, and the whole solution is so well designed that you barely notice the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will happily return. An exceptional place in every sense with reasonable price as for Swiss Alps and such a quality.

Rockresort is a fantastic apartment hotel. Design is amazing. All Rock and hard wood made warm and soft. Views are great out of large windows.

Great atmosphere for sport lovers. The pool, spa, ski lifts close by with the bus, pool table, locker table. Just great.

This little gem is like an oasis in the desert.it has lovely clean facilities & welcoming staff,and the food was excellent.
