Everything was perfect. Great location,near train station, very clean. Even though the room was small, it was worth it considering the budget.Thank you!

Beautiful and unique design like a 50s American Motel. Very fun to discover the different decorations. They picked a theme and really committed to it, creating a very unique look. Good breakfast and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Parking available on site. We stayed a night each for a longer trip to Southern Italy (so we did use it as a motel), and it was perfect for that. Close to the highway, too. Very convenient for a stayover, plus fun to stay at overall. Will come again if we do another trip along a similar route.

Everything’s was good and amazing starting with the location os very near to paradiso tain station and the stop bus also near just you need to walk for 1 minute from the city exit of the hotel, the breakfast was good , check in and check out was easily and fast, the bus and train tickets was free from the hotel I mean including your reservation I just want to say thank you for all the stuff and sure inshallah we will come back soon 😊

Lovely clean hotel . The staff were very helpful and polite. Even though I could have taken the free bus to the centre, I walked. The short 10min approx walk is along the lake which is lined with trees and benches. The scenery is amazing!! I would highly recommend this hotel. My room was lovely with a queen bed and balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountain. 🤗🤗

There is a swimming pool! After my long, not comfort way in hot summer there was the best thing I ve ever had! The girls at the reception are very very nice! They respond on a lot of my questions and helped me very much!

Good location, near a bus stop that goes directly to the train station. The owner is very kind and helpful, responds promptly to every message. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy bathroom with lovely toilettries. Has air conditioning, though when I was there, it was cool enough to turn it off in the evening and night. Overall, a great stay.

Charming hotel wirh easy access to public transport. Nice size comfy and clean room and bathroom with plenty of storage. Free tea and coffee a plus. Warm and helpful staff.

Very good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, great location close to the lake, the sauna (1hr for 15 CHF) and the excellent storage room for the bicycles (incl all Equipment you can imagine to fix your bike.

Fantastic location, central to main square for Christmas festivities & markets and close to funicular up to train & bus station. Apartment really comfortable, with air conditioning, and host left a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us. Access via lock code, no need to worry about meeting time

Room, staff and service at the hotel was great! They also even upgraded us to a room with a balcony and our view was exceptional.

The location is excellent - right in the heart of Lugano and within walking distance of everything. The apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and very thoughtfully equipped. Although not very large, the space is organized exceptionally well and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The furnishings, linens, tableware, and amenities all felt fresh, modern, and of good quality. The host was outstanding - always available, incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed.
