We stayed in the Arenal area only one night as part of an intense road trip, so we didn't have the chance to use all the facilities that the hotel offers. However, we really enjoyed the very nice patio of the hotel restaurant and bar, with a great view of the surroundings of the Arenal.

We booked a private room and stayed for 5 days in La Fortuna. It was the best hotel out of the four we stayed at during our two-week trip to Costa Rica. The pictures of the rooms shown on Booking.com seemed a bit outdated, because when we arrived, we got a recently renovated, spacious double room with a king-size bed. The staff was really friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. The activity program is always up to date, and they even provide a WhatsApp group where you can connect with other travelers and find information about all the activities, from day tours to hostel events. The location is very central, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. Everything was just perfect, from the wonderful people to the beautiful outdoor area of the hostel. I can definitely recommend this place and would book it again right away if I ever visit La Fortuna again.

Great location with a spectacular view of the vulcano. Super relaxing hot thermal pools, and the best massage location i have experienced so far. The staff was very attentive and friendly

The location was great, with beautiful landscaped grounds. The pool area with it's hot springs was a nice way to end an active day of adventure in the surrounding area. The restaurant was terrific and the staff was great.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotels garden was beautiful and had a lot of birds and butterflies. Hotel is also close to everything on town.

The view from our room was incredible. We could see the arenal volcano when we woke up it was beautiful. Generally the location and views were incredible! The food was great and the hotspring was amazing too. it even has a bar in it so you can be in the hot spring while enjoying drinks! The staff were also super friendly and helpful!

Beautiful apartments a bit outside of the city center.

The view from the rooms is a spectacular one of Arenal Volcano and the amazing flora in the area. The staff was so, so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very large and clean, the food was good - breakfast in particular - and we loved every minute there.

Lovely and peaceful Pros: Beautiful vegetation, very comfortable rooms, and a great atmosphere. Amenities: The room is well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils. Note: There are peacocks on the property. I enjoyed their sounds, but light sleepers should be aware!

Our bungalow was great. Lot’s of light, nice bed and big restroom. The typical breakfast was very nice as well, with several different menu options. All the staff was amazing, like everywhere in Costa Rica

Our glamping experience near Arenal Volcano was nothing short of enchanting! The site itself is breathtaking, nestled at the foot of the majestic volcano, surrounded by lush nature and serene beauty. Waking up to the sight of Arenal in the morning mist was a dream come true—an unforgettable way to start each day. The glamping tents were comfortable, stylish, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel both connected to nature and pampered in luxury. We cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible kindness and warmth, especially with their thoughtful gestures for our honeymoon. If you’re looking for a unique, romantic, and unforgettable getaway, this glamping experience is an absolute must.

I couldn’t say enough positive things about my stay here. The grounds and room were lovely and the location was perfect. There was plenty of parking in a gated car park. The breakfast was also amazing! The main thing however, that made this place was the staff. They could not have been any nicer. They really care about people and were always so happy and smiley. One staff member found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a panna cotta with a candle in it. It was a complete surprise and was on the house and it honestly made my day. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay again!

The service at the place was excellent: 10 out of 10 to Mr. Felix, his wife and son, and the other staff! The place is cozy and in harmony with nature. Located in the middle of the jungle and the breakfast is excellent! More than worth a few days at the place.

The property is excellent(safe, located in the center of La Fortuna - close to Arenal Volcano Mountain). The place was home away from home. Very well kept facility. Very friendly staff and owner. The owner and their family live in the same property (so the attention to details is there). Easy assess to every thing (center of La Fortuna - easy drive to all the attractions near by). Secure property for parking (unlike other places). Very reasonable price for the stay (actually more value to the money than other places around). All comforts (TV, Hot water, kitchen facilities, nice rooms and very well maintained, great wifi, nice lookout areas). Overall very happy with our stay. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. If I were to come back to this town again, this is the place I would rebook.

There was an okay breakfast included. And we had the place much to ourselves. So quiet.

The Hotel was centrally located and accessible, the included breakfast was great from the in house restaurant and staff was super accommodating.

Really well-located, comfortable hotel. Each day the owner makes a different type of delicious gluten-free cake for breakfast - highly recommended. The hotel shares its reception with Maricio, an absolutely fantastic guide - he worked extremely hard to get us the best deals on onward transport, gave fantastic hiking tips and was really helpful and friendly even when there was no possible financial benefit for him - we had so much trust in him we even contacted him for help arranging transport once we moved to our next destination.
