Accommodation in Troodos

Everything from the room to the staff

Rooms are newly renovated and clean, quiet and cosy place

The whole experience was great!

Excellent villa for groups with thoughtful communal areas with plenty of fun, an amazing pool table, bbq area, fire pit and large kitchen with dining table. The American gas grill was extremely convenient and the kitchen had plenty of space for our group of 8 people. I particularly liked that the house was equipped with high quality toiletries and local food gifts for us to enjoy

I do not understand the negative reviews left by some former guests of this hotel. This is an authentic place with a century-long history, beautifully restored last year and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I spent two nights here at the end of November and truly wish I had stayed longer. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The spacious lobby with a fireplace, Earl Grey tea, and a large bar creates a warm and atmospheric space. The entire hotel breathes history, with newspaper clippings, portraits, and carefully preserved antique details that make you feel immersed in a real historical setting. It is truly one of a kind. Most old hotels in the area are already closed, so I am very grateful to the new owners for preserving this place with such care and love, giving visitors a rare chance to experience something special. Breakfast was a buffet with enough variety to start an active day. The views from the balcony are stunning, and the room was spacious with a brand-new bathroom and a powerful hot shower. You can also enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the mountains and breathing fresh mountain air.

An absolutely wonderful experience at Platres Mountain Retreat by Cyprus Horizons. Everything was perfect — the beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The place is cosy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect escape to the mountains. A special mention to the hosts, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded to our messages immediately and were always available whenever we needed anything, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended — definitely a 10/10! 🌿✨

Luxury, it had everything! Mister costas was very fast to any questions we had! Will stay again for sure

A very cozy house with beautiful mountain views, a big front yard and BBQ in place. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and spices. 10 mins drive from the trodoos square where we found some snow leftovers 😊

Loved the little sweets with the weather broadcast card in the evening.

Our stay at Pendeli Resort exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a perfect location close to everything while still being peaceful. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. A very special thank you goes to Christos, the manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail are truly outstanding. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and has a perfect experience. His warm hospitality and dedication are a rare quality that deserves the highest recognition. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every part of our stay was flawless, from check-in to check-out. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend Pendeli Resort to anyone looking for comfort, outstanding service, and an unforgettable holiday. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait to stay here again. 10/10 – Absolutely perfect!

Stayed here many times beautiful village

Friendly staff. Central location. Excellent restaurant.

An excellent small modern hotel in the mountainous region of Cyprus, with a warm and soulful atmosphere. Perfectly clean! Everything is provided for the convenience of guests - even an elevator in a two-story building and toilets with changing tables on each floor! There is an outdoor pool in the yard, in the evening it is closed from birds and garbage - the first time I see this in Cyprus! The staff is smiling, friendly, they do everything quickly and carefully. In the evening I asked for warm milk for my child at the bar - the bartender put the previous open bottle aside, brought a new one and opened it in front of me - nice! And they didn't charge me). The restaurant is wonderful - we had lunch and dinner - the menu is varied, everything is fresh, cooked "from under the knife". Breakfasts are quite sufficient - everything is there, they add, without waiting for empty trays. The room is decorated in a chalet style - wooden beams, parquet, fireplace. Every day they put water and fruit, a bottle of good wine upon arrival. Also a very comfortable bed, complete blackout at night, a huge balcony, high-speed wi-fi, robes and slippers. The grandson forgot three soft toys in his daughter's room (hid between the wall and the mattress)), the daughter called - the staff found them and sent them to us. Now I know where to stay in the mountains of Cyprus!

Everything was absolutely great, especially personnel and the food, and the whole vibe, i will definitely come again and again

Marios and alexandra the owners are very hospitality, friendly and welcoming, plus there is a restaurant under the room, Nicolas the waitress is wonderful, helpful, and welcoming, it's the only place who accepts the dogs and marios, alexandra and there kids are very welcoming the dogs, and you every awesome Cypriot food just in your place, the place is wonderful!

Extremely kind and helpful personal, very stylish rooms, great quality of toiletries, nice smell everywhere. Quiet place for resting. Tasty breakfast. Perfect internet connection.

Huge house, clean and bright, very quiet with an amazing view. 15 minutes drive north to the Troodos Mountains, which were snow-capped today during our visit. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to get by. Enough wood for the fireplace that was on every evening. In short. Perfect

Many amenities for cooking etc, large garden and indoor area for kids to play, cosy vibe, very good for family visits.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Troodos mountains. Great location directly on the hiking trails. Perfect place for a relaxing retreat

Central location and clean, modern and renovated facilities.

Ideal place for the weekends with family or place. Perfect design, very good style of the house, everything was very comfortable and cozy

Platres is a lovely village, any time of the year. We enjoyed a weekend of sunshine, warm days and autumn colours! This little house is a treasure: fantastic location, clean, and comfortable. It is a blend of traditional Cypriot design on the outside, and chic modern on the inside. Everything looks new and the decor is beautiful! The host provided warm, cozy blankets, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There is a Nespresso machine and electric kettle, but guests need to bring their own coffee and tea. We certainly would recommend this place, and would be happy to return!

Stylish hotel with patina and history. Remarkable architecture, fantastic location, excellent spa, perfect breakfast, professional staff.
