We came late night, host met us and showed everything. Check in was extremely easy and comfortable considering that booking was made just couple hours to our arrival. Apartment is in quiet location, nice views, very close to Stuttgart. Apartment even have small bar-shop with different snacks for symbolic price for late travelers:). I'm also very grateful for all support and help we got from the owner - he explained out where to get region required sticker for a car, gave advice regarding museums, sightseeing. We even wished to prolong our stay here, however next day was booked already. Definitely will visit again if will travel to this region.

Gasthof Hirsch is an extremely comfortable property on the edge of Bad Ditzenbach. The traditional Swabian charm of the restaurant is combined with thoroughly modern renovated rooms which make staying a delight - be it as a comfortable layover when traveling on the A8 or to explore the hiking and thermal baths in this pretty, hilly region. The restaurant is excellent quality, combining local specialties with standard classics, both with a touch of creative flair. The service is above and beyond. I wanted to leave early to push on on the road but there was no question I could leave without breakfast. I would get a tray in front of my door, they said. This tray, as big as a coffee table, contained every conceivable breakfast item that did not need to be ready cooked. Amazing service and I was able to leave properly fed at 6:30 am. Warmly recommended!

We were given a room over the road in a hostel type building and not in the hotel as per the reservation. Once you arrived in the breakfast room the comfort was good as was cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and and the breakfast was good value for money.
