Very nice staff, lovely lady receptionist. Check-in from 00:00 to 00:00 is a really helpful thing. The notification on your expected check-in time is really working thing. I arrived in the morning and there was no any problems to check in and move in. My room was ready. Breakfasts were very good, too.

The location is excellent, at walking distance from the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and Barbara was an excellent manager and took good care of us. Looking forward to going back :)

Very nice spacey house! Everything brand new and comfortable, the shower, the bed and the kitchen. The owners are super nice. We very much recommend this holiday home.

We stayed at this property while in Dortmund for Euro 2024 and had an excellent experience. The location is amazing, offering convenient access and very close to Dortmund. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. The property had all the amenities we required, making our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The apartment is in the city center. It's a quiet place. It's convenient to go out into the courtyard in the morning and have a cup of coffee.

Responsiveness of the owner was excellent. Although the apartment is located opposite on the ring-road circling the old town and close to church, there is absolutely no noise during the nights.

Fantastic location for walking into town,excellent pub restaurant, at most 5 minutes walk away staff friendly and helpful serving excellent food and beer.
